By accessing or using the FindStayRV platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FindStayRV is a marketplace platform connecting RV park owners (“Operators”) with guests seeking campsite reservations. We facilitate transactions but are not a party to the reservation contract between Operators and guests.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
When you make a reservation through FindStayRV, you agree to pay the listed price including all fees and taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. Cancellation and refund terms are set by each park and displayed during checkout.
FindStayRV does not guarantee the accuracy of park listings, availability, or the conduct of Operators.
Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, compliance with local regulations, honoring confirmed reservations, and maintaining safe and lawful premises. Operators must not discriminate against guests in violation of applicable law.
Guests must provide accurate information during booking, comply with park rules, and respect the property and other guests. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. FindStayRV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any reservation made through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid in the relevant transaction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
