Scenic. Quiet. Secluded. Open all year around, we offer a clean comfortable setting and outdoor enjoyment for the whole family (that includes house-trained doggies). We are your refuge from the routine! Our setting is ideal for getaways, small retreats, reunions and hunting camps. Come explore the beautiful and unique Loess Hills of Western Iowa - located just one hour north of Omaha, NE and one hour south of Sioux City, IA. We are situated on 32 acres of hilly woodland, meadow and native prairie. Our location is minutes away from Preparation Canyon State Park and public access to nearly 12,000 acres of excellent hiking, deer and turkey hunting. Clean fitted sheets are provided on all mattresses. Guests are to bring their own bedding, pillows, towels. It is our goal to keep rental fees as low as possible for all to be able to enjoy the campground. To be able to do so, we ask our guests to clean the cabin and leave it in the same condition as it was on arrival, as noted on our website. Check-in 2:00PM/Check-out 10:00AM. There is no Wi-Fi, but cell service is typically available in and around all of the cabins, except the Lodge. Most guests can always get service in front of the bathhouse.
