Drive-in tent-only campsite The Lake George Pine Island campsite is in a mature oak hammock adjacent to a large grass parking area that serves as the trailhead for the Lake George Conservation Area's multi-use recreational trail system. This campsite has a fire ring, benches, grills, picnic tables, a pitcher pump and restroom. The site is located near a pavilion. The campsite is located at 845 Lake George Road (County Road 305), Seville, Fla., a quarter mile west of Truck Trail 2 Road, approximately 2.75 miles west of Seville. Only primitive tent camping is allowed at the Lake George Conservation Area. No RVs, motorhomes, camper vans, truck campers or travel trailers are allowed at the campsite and are prohibited from parking overnight in District parking areas. Advance reservations are required and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance. Vehicle makes, models and license plate numbers of all vehicles accessing the campsite are required when making a reservation. The Pine Island campsite is within the Lake George Wildlife Management Area. This campsite allows up to 24 people. During hunt season, the camp area is split into four tent sites so four groups of up to six people may camp. Campers share the amenities and pavilion with others.
